01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and top1 ("top1," "we," "us," "the Platform"). Access to and use of the top1 website, mobile site, and app is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking "Register," creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on top1, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. If you are not in agreement with any part of these Terms, please do not use top1.

02Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on top1, you must meet all of the following requirements:

03Account Registration

Registration on top1 is free. To create an account, you will be asked to provide your Philippine mobile number, a chosen password, and basic personal details. An OTP (one-time password) will be sent to your registered number to verify your identity.

You agree to:

• Provide only accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Not register on behalf of another person.
• Complete any KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requirements when requested by top1.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

top1 may require additional verification documents before processing withdrawals or activating promotional credits. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

You are only permitted to hold one account at any time. If duplicate accounts are detected, top1 may close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

04Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your top1 account login credentials. This includes your password, OTP codes, and any other authentication information associated with your account.

You must not:

• Share your password or OTP with any other person.
• Allow any third party to access or use your account.
• Use another player's account with or without their permission.
• Store your login credentials in an unsecured location.

Any activity carried out through your account while logged in is treated as authorised by you, unless you have previously reported a security concern to the top1 support team. top1 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on top1 – including deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals – are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No other currency is accepted or disbursed through the platform.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets. The specific payment channels available to your account will be displayed within your account wallet section. top1 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or any offshore payment instruments as deposit or wagering methods.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• top1 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Withdrawals on accounts with unresolved bonus wagering requirements may be subject to conditions as outlined in the applicable promotion terms.

06Game Rules and Betting

top1 offers a range of gaming and betting categories including sports betting, live casino, eBingo, fish games, and slots. Each game category may have its own specific rules and minimum or maximum bet limits, which will be displayed within the respective game or section.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on top1:

• You accept that the outcome is determined by chance, a random number generator (RNG), or live events beyond the platform's control.
• You acknowledge that no strategy, system, or prediction method can guarantee a winning outcome.
• You agree that all settled bets are final and non-reversible, except in cases of a demonstrable technical error.

Bets placed on events that are postponed, cancelled, or abandoned may be voided at top1's discretion in accordance with specific sport rules.

07Promotions and Bonuses

top1 may from time to time offer promotions, bonus credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer in the Promotions section of the platform.

General principles that apply to all top1 promotions:

• Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players and may not be claimed through coordinated or automated means.
• top1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software for financial gain.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to fund your top1 wallet.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or identity misrepresentation.
• Allowing a minor under 21 years of age to access or use your account.
• Accessing top1 using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

top1 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, top1 may immediately suspend the account, withhold balances pending investigation, and report relevant information to appropriate authorities where required by law.

10Account Suspension and Closure

top1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Discovery that a player is under 21 years of age.
• A player's own request to close their account or activate self-exclusion.
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure.

In cases of closure due to suspected misconduct, balances may be held pending investigation. Where closure is due to a player's own request or self-exclusion, any eligible balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard processing procedures.

11Privacy and Data
